dawns right it is 10 in total it can be whatever mix because there are more then 5 menus i think that just means that there will be 5 trays...with 2 things in each. i am doing the combo and then the pasta. that way i dont have to waste a chaffing dish on pasta.

Wait a second you ladies were able to choose 10 items off the buffet stations. I have to pick 4 hot stations which equals 8 hot dishes....I feel like I got ripped off. Did anyone else get this offer?

Oh and the next showcase is March 25, 2009. I don't get it because Mel said that someone will call me to schedule my time of arrival of either 6:30pm or 7:30pm, is this really necessary? or do I show up at 6:30pm?
