The Theme of my wedding in a Pink vintage chic, I like Westbury Manor for their historic decor. But they didnt throw any thing in. I will be meeting with them again, so hopefully I can get some things added.

I am a WM bride. If you are still deciding you can ask to do a tasting before hand. We did! Soup to nuts for 6 people it was great! They were negotiable and they did throw things in! Also negociate your minimum you want to have. We did 100 to be safe!!!!

I have been to weddings at both Westbury Manor and Jericho Terrace. The places are VERY different in style and decoration.
Westbury Manor is more homey..woodwork and beautiful outdoor areas.
Jericho Terrace is a lot of stucco & marble. Lots of mirrors.
The two places themselves are EXTREMELY different.
In regards to the service and food. If I had to choose I would say Westbury Manor blows Jericho Terrace out of the water. WM cocktail hour is incredible and the staff is so attentive to their guests. I went to a wedding at JT last week and the food was cold before it hit the table. They were running out of food at cocktail hour and ushering us into the main room in a rude manner as they were expecting their next party. I could have had a bad experience.. but.. then as we were leaving the other bride was taking pictures in the entrance.

Im leaning more towards WM, i really like the old age decor. My wedding is very victorian vintage, pink and chic. And WM hits it on the nail. I have a tasting to go to, I cant wait!

I think then WM is the right place for you.
Truthfully, you can't go wrong either way. You'll have an amazing wedding regardless of where you end up booking.

Go with WM the food is amazing and the service is impeccable. I just had my wedding there and people are still talking about it.

If you don't mind me asking? What was the deal you got with WM? I'm thinking about booking for July 2013. Did they throw in anything?

We booked with WB Manor at first sight. We were impressed with all the decor, the people working there as well as the grounds.
We are so happy to celebrate our wedding at WB Manor.

I have to say im a westbury manor bride and just book with Ian. He did a great job with negotiating, we got the venitian hour down to $8 per person, got him to add the ice sclupture in and an extra station for cocktail hour and then just to scare him we said if he doenst go down a doller we will come back and he said for a doller he has no problem lowering the price...if you are wanting uplighting the DJs usually provide those survices so deff ask them..I know i deff want uplighting it adds more character to a room, hope this helps, if u need anything dont be afraid to ask!
