My friend Jen works at Salon Maffei on Mam'k Ave in White Plains. They're a bit pricey, but she's very good. Her sister Tara works there too. I would trust either of them to do it. In all honesty, when I've been desperate I've gone to the Galleria and had them do something, and it was cheaper than going to a salon. I wouldn't do it for my own wedding, but for someone elses it's not such a bad option.
