OMG that is insane i can't believe that but thank god he is ok. And i agree, you should follow up on this and stay on it, for a theater to let it get to that point you can definitely get some money from them. I would call a lawyer ASAP

OMG! i am so grateful that FH is ok! And thank the Lord a small child wasnt in his place!

I am usually very anti-lawsuit and skeptical of people that sue.....but seriously, call a lawyer, something like this that could've killed a child should be let go without massive punishment!!

And you should be proud of your reaction to protect the kids, that will make a great mommy out of you!

:sigh: just called a lawyer that is a friend of the family and he basically said that being there is no real injury there is no real ground for a lawsuit. Instead I should write a letter of complaint and see if they company compenstates somehow.

But does that mean I should ask for compensation? Any lawyers out there??
