Hopefully that won't be for long...my little brother leaves for Iraq soon as far as I know, and I am a wreck over it.

Don't be sad..just think of when he comes home and you can celebrate then :)

PRESENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a huge baby when it comes to presents... I do like giving them and watching people open, but I really like getting them... I regress to about a 4 year old at this time! Even the smallest, littlest nothing makes me happy! I love getting up on Christmas morning to open presents...its kind of a buzzkill when its all over.

I also like all the lights - it makes it less wintery and gloomy for a few weeks.

I love shopping & giving gifts. Recieving them too

but I really do enjoy giving.
I LOVE being with my family and friends. I love my friends annual Christmas party..we have such a great time!!
I also love that we get vacation for Thanksgiving (thurs & fri) and we also get Christmas week. I actually counted the calendar today (14 more working days) until Thanksgiving break!!

Let the shopping begin!!

I get to shop for my new nephew this year too!!

Christmas Eve and day are my favorites!!!! I love how my whole family gets together for Christmas Eve. I love the food and gifts

I'm looking forward to seeing houses all lit up and hearing Christmas music for the first time. I'm also looking forward to my first holiday season as a wife!

I'm most looking forward to the holidays this year being a WIFE and being on our own as a married couple.

It will be hard being away from my family though...it's a first in 27 years!

I'm looking forward to seeing all the decorations, listening to the music,watching the holiday specials on tv,spending time with our family, all the yummy food, and cutting down our tree.

Looking forward to visiting my family for THanksgiving

I love Turkey Day! I think it's a great holiday.

Will definitely miss my family for Christmas though, the first I've ever been away

I am missing Thanksgiving with my family this year to spend it with my future in-laws..they are moving to arizona and its the last holiday my FH gets to spend here with his family :(

But..they are 100% italian, i am excited for the cooking!! My huge irish family is used to turkey, turkey and more turkey..this year i get to have turkey..and lasagna!

Can anyone tell i love food?
