hmmmmm, I actually haven't tried it on w/ plain pearls b/c I do like the look of having the necklace drop into the sweetheart neckline....

It wasn't so much that I thought it was busy.....but I'm just not sure what was bothering me.

I'll have to try regular pearls...

Yea....go shopping for a few different things....including the plain strand on some pearl drop earrings.....at your next fitting, try them all on WITH YOUR DRESS.....then you'll know!
