Just curious - has anyone locked in over the past few weeks? What was the rate you received? Thanks

We haven't locked in yet but they're still at or just below 6%

i just locked in at 5.89 or 5.98% (i will have to check) w/ a one time drop down allowance. it means nothing though since there is no way we will be closing in less than 90 days. need a house to close and have yet to find one. it was free to lock, so i took advantage of it.

we are getting 5.125. we locked in at 5.25, but they got us lower.

WOW! tha's a great rate. Are you paying any points? We just locked in at 5.5% with no points.
