What are you having your guests throw after your wedding ceremony?
What are you having thrown after your wedding ceremony? Birdseed? Bubbles blown? I am thinking lavender buds.. anyone else doing something simliar.. I saw in martha stewart something called paper dots.. also.. just wondering what you girls are using??

We're doing Ecofetti.....I needed something biodegradable and didn't want to spend money on rose petals

I liked that it comes in different colors too. It's so light I was worried it wouldn't fly but an '06 bride used it and her pictures look great !

We are getting married at the Maritime Muesum next to the West Sayville Country Club. We are throwing birdseed.

We are having them blow bubbles. I bought the bubbles and i'm putting a label on them from vistaprint.

For the girls that are having bubbles blown, just be careful because I heard they can stain your dress!

Fake rose petals. The hall won't let us do real ones, even freeze-dried, because they thought people might slip. At least real ones are biodegradable! In fact, I need to buy some...

That's a good idea--I really want to throw rose petals, but I hate the idea of doing silk ones outside, as I know they're just going to blow away. Maybe I'll get the Ecofetti. Have you seen it? What does it look like? I'm afriad that if I get freeze-dried rose petals they won't let me toss them, even though no one's going to slip.

Yeah I am not a rose petal girl or a bubble girl.. I do like the eco fetti thing.. I saw someone using lavender buds once. I guess I am looking for the best thing to throw that will look the best in pics.. birdseed is an option to that i like. :)
