What are you planning on calling FH's parents when you two get married?

FH's dad and I agreed that I will call him 'dad...' but he's already signing e-mails to me as 'dad.' I definitely have to get used to it though!

I call them Mr and Mrs. ____. They know how much I love them but saying it that way is what feels most comfortable to me.

There's no way they're getting a 'Mom' and 'Dad' outta me! I have 1 Mom and 1 Dad and I'm keeping it that way.
I don't expect FH to do it either.
ETA: I do call his Mom's sisters 'Aunt' though hahahah I'm terrible!

I'm in the 'I don't call her anything' boat for FMIL lol! It's kinda terrible but I just wait till I have her attention. I don't know what she'd like to be called either, it's never come up . . . but I feel weird calling anyone but my own mother 'mom'. I don't think my mom would like it either.

I don't believe in calling anyone mom and dad besides my own parents...but I know my fh is alot more easy going about this then I am.

I dont know I call my FIL by there first names now but Ive known them since I was like 4yrs old LOL.....I dont know if they want to be called MOM & DAD I know my parents are called MOM & DAD by my sister-in-laws and even my FH sometimes.

FSIL called FFIL 'pop' right after she was married into the family.. and he smiled and it stuck... so I call him that, I've called him that for years now.. and as for SMIL I'll say 'ma' but honestly we don't call each other out like that.. we usually just start talking.

FFIL I will probably call a variation of dad...maybe 'pops' because I joke with him and call him that sometimes already. Right now, I call him by his first name though.
FH's step dad is currently and will mostlikely remain first name.
FMIL will NEVERRRRR EVVVVERRRR get 'mom' or anything remotely close to it. In fact, I don't currently call her anything. I'd like to keep it that way!

its so bad but i don't call them anything. talk about awkward AND i live with them. but they were never formally introduced to me nor did they ever say please call me XX. however my parents insist on fh calling them by their first names. i tried called fmil by her first name once fh looked like he was going to have a heart attack.

giannis parents have been bothering me for 6 years to call them by their first names but I refuse, I feel weird calling her ANGELA and not Mrs. ____
I don't know what I will call them, I will prob stick to mother in law when referring to them and try to avoid having to call them anything in person.......
my brother in law comes in and just does a general..........'HEY EVERYONE' so he doesn't have to call my parents mom/dad OR their first names........

Omg this was such a heated debate with my mom months ago!!! She feels that FH should call my parents 'mom' and 'dad' because thats what she did with her in-laws and my mom is like old school and feels things 'HAVE' to be a certain way otherwise its wrong!! FH was like I have a mom and dad already lolol I totally get him but I think he may just call them 'mom and dad' to keep the peace. Luckily his parents are way more laid back about this so they said they'd like me to call them by their names.

Good question. I am really close with my FMIL and FFIL, so we have names for each other already. Although, I haven't gotten around to calling FMIL by it yet.
