For me, free continuing education dinners. Not much else LOL.

Fridays off in summer summer hours....9-4 not 9-5 free education (College) great health Insurance 10 sick days...plus rollover 3 weeks vaca

Summer's off days end at 3 when I am not overwhelmed with work- ok so this is only a couple of days a year Kids give me so much love and thanks Parents are grateful when I give them the answers and support they need Presents on Counselor Appreciation Week Amazing staff that are more like moms and friends to me no commute- only a five minute drive

about five weeks of vacation a year (my fave), employer contributes to 401k plan (matches my contribution), I can change from 401k to pension, which would make sense if I stay here for many many years, everyday 8 to 5pm hours (great for an attorney), hmmmm... and time to use LIW... although today I actually do have a lot to do
