What are your thoughts for OOT guests?

Instead of putting together bags, which there is nothing wrong with that, I was just thinking of getting a set of 2 cookies for each room-customized with our initials or something along those lines. And then I would attach a small note, with details about the wedding, shuttle, etc.

What are your thoughts? If you think it's a good idea, what bakeries on LI would you suggest? Is that a wrong idea? Please be honest!

i think its a cute idea!! even crumbs cupcakes would be nice!

ive been to an OOT wedding and while the bag was nice i didnt really have a need for anything in the bag.

That's what I've been thinking lately! Thanks for your input! Esp. about Crumbs too!

I'll tell you what. Because I have to do the opposite... make OOT bags for Long Island people coming to Michigan.

I fully intend to to put locally made carbonated beverage in a basket with a note saying...

'Thanks for coming. Have a great time. It's called POP, bittcheeesss!'

I think it's a cute idea. I went to an OOT wedding also and didn't use anything in the bag...not that I didn't love the bag though! It's really a personal choice, such as an edible favor.

Personally, after traveling a thousand hours to North Carolina, I really could have used something sweet to munch on!

That's what I mean! I am glad I am not completely crazy for thinking this. I mean yes they're nice, but to be honest, I am trying to look for any simpler solution to OOT gifts. My FH doesn't even know why I am doing something! He thinks I'm crazy for already making the bathroom baskets at the hall.

I just found them on the sugar chic web site!! I will also check out the other site mentioned here too. But the sugar chic was reasonably priced I think : ) you should still have time to get them if you want!! : )
