What brand of makeup do you use?

I'm in need of new makeup and have a credit for Macys and was thinking of getting stuff there. I usually use stuff you can get in CVS. I'm open to any suggestions

As for things that are sold there:

Bobby Brown - tinted moisturizer (if you hate heavy foundations, this is for you - it's amazing.)

I use a lot of mac and BB eyeshadows too.

I also swear by Mac lip glass.

I also use Chanel toner and eye makeup remover - I'm out of the toner and am lazy, it's pretty good - but, I LOVE the eye makeup remover.
I wear a decent amount of eye makeup, and sometimes my face wash doesn't get it all off. The eye makeup remover does, and it's really gentle.

for lipgloss i use Lancome-juicy tubes or juicy gelee

for face-i dont use foundation, i use a dual finish powder which is very sheer and light and well its powder. Its by lancome

for mascara i also use Lancome-any of them are great they have a bunch

blush-lol i usually use either Lancome or Chanel, the chanel blush is AMAZING bc it lasts so long its insane. seriously lasts over a year, so although its $35 in the long run you save money bc the other blushes you buy alot more often and in the same time period will spend more. Lancome blush is good too. BUT at the moment i am actually trying a new blush, its a NARS blush and so far its ok but doesnt last as long as other blushes.

Since before the summer and going tanning i stopped using the powder on my face i hate it on my face in the summer. I prefer less make up, so i bought a concealer stick to use JUST to cover up any pimples ill get or any redness to blend in and i love it. Its by Benefit

as you can tell im a big fan of lancome, been using it since im like 13-14 years old, its the make up i started with

For liquid foundation DONT USE CHANNEL, its turned green on me, YES GREEN!!!! and I got it from Macys EWWWW.

Yves St Laurant foundation is really great
YSL blush is great
For Eye color and lip color I use Victorias Secret makeup, they have such pretty colors

I hate power foundation. That makes my face chalky. I put moisturizer on then my liquid. But if you put on moist. first then the power found, it will give you a nice clean finish without looking chalky.

its not a regular powder, its not loose powder...the dual finish is a bit different...see i cant use liquid it makes me so hott and i feel it looks like im wearing more make up. ALso ive done moisturizer with the dual finish powder and again i dont like it, same reasons as above, its too hott with it on, i feel it alot more and looks like more make up...plus i dont put it on all over my face just certain areas.

I think for now though im gonna stick with wearing no make up on my face just using concealer to cover up a few spots

Here's something I learned this weekend at the Mary Kay thing I had...

Pressed powder is better for girls with dry skin - it goes on more smoothly & doesn't dry you out.

Loose powder is VERY drying. It's grainy and the grains soak up excess moisture. So for girls with oily skin - go for loose powder!!!
