I like to marinate my steaks in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon pepper and salt and pepper. It gives it a nice 'zing'

I marinate in garlic (chopped), onions, a mixture of worsheschire (sp??) sauce, soy and teryiaki sauces, and some garlic, onion powders, black pepper, and Montreal Spicy Steak Seasoning.....let it sit even for a few hours and either on the grill or bake for awhile and then broil for 20 minutes

McCormick makes a Montreal Steak Seasoning - you mix it with oil and water and let it marinate - Soooo yummy!!!

Beer!!! Sooo yummy - gives it a little bit of a sweet taste - I usually throw in garlic powder and some seasonings with it.
