What can we get DH's brother for a wedding gift?

They are getting married May 19th and DH is the best man... I am a bridesmaid. They gave us a very generous gift ($$$) for our wedding, but with moving to FL next week, paying for movers, etc... we just don't have the $$ to give them what they gave us.

We want to give them some money, but what else can we get them that would be really nice?

I would just give them money that is probably what they need the most. If you want to get them something else as well a gift card for brunch at the Carlton on the Park is really nice!

They prob have everything booked at this point, but maybe you could offer to pay the balance on one of their vendors. Something you could put on a credit card and pay back a little at a time.

def. give the $$$ you can now and offer to pay maybe for their hotel on their wedding night (which you could do with a credit card).

Sorry to crash... you can always give them what you can afford (cash wise obviously) and then set them up with a nice night on their honeymoon, pay for one of their dinners one night or send a really nice bottle of champagne to their room when they arrive.....

Sorry to crash --but my FI and I got his brother and wife 'the wedding pleasure package' at the Garden City Hotel for their honeymoon night. we wanted to do something memorable. If they already have something booked, maybe you can go to the hotel and pay for it and when they check in on their wedding night it will be already paid for.

The wedding is in FL so the gc hotel and carlton on the park we can't do. But maybe something like that at a hotel in FL.

Paying for the hotel on their wedding night is also a good idea!!

I also love the idea of surprising them with something while they are on their honeymoon. I'm going tell DH to try to get stuff out of them like if they booked any excursions or anything just to make sure we don't get them something they already booked.

Jess: Find out what hotel they are staying in on the HM. We got surprised by friends with room service. The sent up champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and truffles. It was so sweet and the way our hotel put it together was just so beautiful.

Hmm maybe something towards their honeymoon are they registered anywhere?
