Me and FH agree on alot, especially when it comes to furniture, and home design stuff. but we are not seeing eye to eye on our china pattern

He loves this one, wich is waterford ballet ribbon

and i love this one Vera Wang Lace

I love the vera wang lace because its traditional and timeless, and he loves the ballet ribbon because its contempory and modern

What do you girls think?

We registered for the Ballet Ribbon, and it's funny b/c my FH picked out that china piece as well. We've gotten so many compliments on it and already started to receive some pieces.

i like the ribbon..but personally..i think china is not necessary..im not registering for something that will never be used

well there are people who do use it...thats all we use in my house, its either the everyday china and whenever we have people over for dinner we use the good china, holidays and all that, so it does get used often...Sometimes if the everyday china is in the dishwasher or something ill use some of the good china.

It might not be necessary for some but there are those who use it all the time

I love the Waterford Brand but the design I am not too crazy about. I love the Vera design

well alot of ppl get casual everyday china and then special occasion china, thats what i did so you can use both for that

yeah definitely more for everyday, the vera wang works better for special occasions.

I AM IN LOVE with the Vera Wang Lace - Saw it at Macys and am seriously considering registering for it ... do they have it at Fortunoffs? I want to register for China there?
