i can say for me and my ex..we went to the college green..a bar near queens college.. i was wearing a black tank top and blue jeans..i drank a madori sour and he had a beer...we walked all the way home, holding hands.. to prolong the date..and then stayed up literally talking no joke till 6 the next morning (i lived with my parents at the time) and still we talked and talked.. never kissed or anything... awww good memory lol..we dated for 3 years until obviously breaking up very recently..

We went to Panchos in Great Neck and then saw Sliding Doors at Squire movie theatre.
ETA: May 1998, I wore my favorite turquoise patterened shirt and black pants

Well, I didn't know it was a date - he tricked me! He claims that he made it clear that it was a date but I thought it was a friendly outing (since I had told him previously that I just wanted to be friends!) He took me to dinner and then we watched 2 movies at his apartment - the South Park movie and Planet of the Apes

We went to Central Park. I was wearing denim shorts and a mint green v-neck, button down ribbed short-sleeved shirt (I have a pic, otherwise I woudn't remember). We spent the day walking around the park, and took one of the rowboats out. Brad actually packed a small pillow in his backpack so that I could lie down in the boat! It was actually a little weird at the beginning of the date b/c we had been friends for 2 years already, and when we first starting holding hands, we both got embarrassed..it was really cute, looking back!

I met my husband online. Our first meeting was with my cousin at Spatz.
Our First Date was a Lunch Date at Bertuccis. I remember I wore a gray pant suit with a pink shirt. (He loved it) He picked me up and gave me 1 long stem red rose.

Well don't make fun of me to much..... Our first date was a carnival and McDonalds LOL. Hey we were 14 (almost 10 years ago) and had to walk everywhere LOL!!!!!

it was on november 24 2000 Dh and i went to lombardi's in Middle Island i wore a red sweater and black jeans we sat near a table that had a fireplace it was so nice. i had spagetti carbanara and he had the three musketeers. it was good. and the next day i went to disneyworld with my family in a limo and we talked Dh and my night before and my mom goes that is your future husband i just know it..
ETA: DH and I were set up on a blind date on november 17th 2000 and we also met at starbucks coffee.

i don't know if yo'd call it a date, but we both went to the Village Idiot separately to meet up with freinds, he had his own personal pitcher of beer, I bought him a shot that he didnt' want, so I did it myselsf after my own,. . eventually we ended up at my place & in the morning went to breakfast with friends.
Classy huh? I guess our first real date was a few days later, at a ocal bar in Astoria, where we both lived at the time.
I don't remember what I wore, but I do remember being a little late, b/c I completey re-did my make up after work.

Danielle and I met online too...We met for the first time at Starbucks in Merrick, on a wednesday night. I didnt think that there was anything there because she was very quiet. But then when we were leaving she asked me to go out with her and her friends saturday night. We went to TGI Fridays and went with 3 of my/his friends. We had a blast! We got all silly,drank and laughed!
Then we started to hang out alone the few following days after.

playing playstation and nintendo all night was the first sign that she was gonna stick around for a while
oh... and there was that first kiss that she (thats right, i was being a gentleman) wanted. so she took it... kinda caught me off guard for like a millisecond.

Since DH and I were friends for a while before we dated so when we decided to be a couple, I invited him on a 'date' and we went for Chinese food and Ice Skating. I wore jeans and ivory belted sweater with big buttons.

We met on Thanksgiving Eve at Hutley's bar in Islip--he called me Thanksgiving and asked me out to dinner the day after Thanksgiving, 2000.
We went to dinner at Bayberry Cafe and I wore jeans and a cream turtleneck sweater and my tan peacoat. I had chicken parm. Afterwards we drove all over town, stopping at the ocean in his car to talk for hours before he took me home.

I think our first official 'date' we went to a pizza place/restaurant and had dinner. Then I think maybe we walked around the town and I believe he had to work later that night so that was about it.
