What did you do with your centerpieces

Did guests just take them at the end of the night?

Did you do some kind of game during the reception for guests to 'win' the centerpiece?

If you did a game, what did you do??

Our DJ did some kind of 'pass the napkin' game, I didn't see it, but from the pictures it looks like everyone had a blast playing. I know these 'games' sound cheesy and stupid to some of the brides planning, but really they are a lot of fun for the guests.

I recently went to a wedding where the DJ did 'pass the napkin' it was actually really entertaining.

I like the idea of 'pass the dollar' sound entertaining and will get teh guests involved.....also I like the ideas of donating to hospital or assisted living to brighten up someones day! (but I'm not sure where and how )

I went to a wedding where the dj had someone at each table take out a dollar to pass around.. when the music stopped, the person holding the dollar got to keep the dollar.. the person who took out the dollar got to take the cp.

Our DJ did a game. At first we thought it was the same-old pass around a dollar thing but then it had a funny spin!!

They had a guy at each table take out a dollar and they passed it around. When the music stopped the woman left holding it got the CP and if a guy was holding it he had to pass it to the woman next to him.

So then the MC announced that the ladies got the CPs and the guys had to get up and dance in order to get their dollars back!!!

Haha that is so funny... very cute... I bet the guests had fun with that....

People from the table just took our centerpieces home. But you can ask your DJ/band if he has any ideas for this.

well we cant keep our vases lol, we have to give it back to pedestals...so what they do is have like 2-3 of their workers there during the wedding and after they wrap the flowers up nicely and give it to the guests...but we might do a game or people can just take it, we dont know yet

My mom works at Nassau University Medical Center on the pediatric ward, so I'm hoping she can set something up so that I can donate them to the hospital.

we put a star or a heart under the place card. who ever had the star or heart got the cp.

That's cute! My brother and SIL did a penny under a plate.

I like the penny under the plate idea! I was thinking that I wanted to do something like this...maybe I will do the penny. Thanks for the idea
