Final Seating has been done as well as place cards. One couple cancelled this evening. Too late to get money back. Do I call the RH and tell them or do I just leave it be??

Will you be paying for two extra 'no-show' plates? If so I would either invite two other people, or just ask the reception hall to throw something in.
A former bride told me, always to give a lower count, 'cus it's harder to get money back if you got 'no-shows' than to pay them for extra plates after the reception is over. :)

Yes, you usually take 5-6 people off. If everybody shows up they will charge the day of.

I left one couple off that I knew were definately coming. SO right now were are at exactly what we paid for. But I am afraid that more people will not show up.
