well i used to be chef, i used to work so many hours a week, but for my birthday my then b/f now hubby offered to take care of all my expenses, car, rent, etc. as a birthday gift. i accepted.

he used to be a police officer/ detective for 16 yrs, then he was hit by a drunk driver while on duty. so hes actually retired but he owns a construction company with his best friend who is also a retired cop.

p.s we dont have kids, but its not all gravy either, i get bored and i just moved here from nyc, so im more than 2 hrs away from all my friends and family, for example i have no one to share my wedding experiences with and that suks.

No it doesnt suck by any means, I dont work myself but There is a way to say things, it just sounds like you have nothing better to do but brag about living off of you husband!! Dont post a topic abou HEY what do we all do for a living when you dont do anything!!!!

first i was just curious NEWBIEEEE, second i did bust my butt 60 hrs a week for 12 years as a chef. it sounds to me you hate your life and are mad because you want something better. besides, we all brag about our fh, and husbands, and dresses, shoes, etc, DERRRRRR. if you are going to have that attitude, then leave the board because you are going to end up hating a lot of girls in here. buh-bye

well i have read all the jobs and they are all great, i myself am thinking about formally studying art history, i love art and i have studied it on my own for a long time now, has anyone studied art history as part of thier college ed?
