the fact that 50% of the invitation is a decoration bothers me for some reason ...

Not elegant enough for me. But of course that's jmo. I like softer more neutral colors and designs for a wedding invite.

I don't love them. Not because of the colors, but because of the big black decoration. I think it's a little too much.
Are you def using bright yellow, black and white as your colors???
