...about doing e-pics in December (preferably while its snowing) I got engaged in December and thought it would be a cute idea to do them around that time. Any thoughts?

I think it's a great idea. I googled 'winter engagement photos' and tons of really beautiful pictures came up. As long as you can handle the cold, you can get some really cute pics!

I think it's a great idea and you could get some really cool shots. I was actually talking to my photographer about this during our epics, and he recommended that if someone is going to try to do winter epics they try to pic a day that's not too cold, otherwise you end up with a red, runny nose.
