A co-worker's daughter ran into this problem at East Wind. They didn't get any formal shots they liked b/c someone blinked/looked away, etc, so she scheduled with the photographer an extra photo shoot, rented a tux and put her dress back on and went back to East Wind to retake the photos. She was much happier with the 2nd results and didn't have to pay the photographer b/c it was their fault for not getting good standard shots.

With digital photography they can open eyes and fix weird looks, take out lamps, etc. so I am sure even if you have pics where people blinked they can fix them.
