I dont know why, but I count the steps I take on stairs LOL (to myself not out loud) When I go up or down the stairs to the train i count them. I think its because I am concentrating and I have a fear of falling down them in front of people!

funny you would say that...if i am looking down while walking down steps and i try to count them, i fall...(i know you don't have to actually see them to count them...but still...)
EVERYONE has quirks...i have lots of 'em...let me try to think of something worthy of a post here!

hee hee! I am always putting on chapsticka nd i cna;t live without it. If I have no chapstick i'll stop wherever I am to get some. My FH is alwyas like 'OMG when did you put that on?' I can be sneakey I guess, and of course i do it all one-handed

I don't count steps, but I HAVE to start going up stairs with my right foot first and end with my right foot.

I'm just real anal/obsessive compulsive.
When DH is driving my car, if it's raining & the wipers are going he'll just turn the car off and I'll make him start it again and turn the wipers off then turn off the car. I'm like that with everything - I guess I'm more annoying than weird!!!!
I also shake my leg at work all the time and let out big sighs. Again, I must be annoying!!
Then there's always my inside out undies ...

Me too! I am so addicted to Carmex, I feel lost without it. Last year my cousin bought me a case for my b-day Now I keep one in each pocketbook and one in the pocket of my coat just so I always know that I have one.

Absolutely!!! My DH sings to the puppies too!!! They all have their own special songs!!! And frankly, I think collectively we talk to them more than we talk to eachother!!

Here's another weird thing: I don't only sing to the dog -- I also take 'real' songs and insert her name into them!

And we often sing 'We're having Maxaroni' to the tune of the Chef Boyardee commerical ...

I sing to my dog to,
I made a song with her name in it that goes to the clean up song for kids. Hey but it helped her learn her name in a week and when I call her I start singing it and she comes running and jumps all over me.
