What do you do that is weird?

I dont know why, but I count the steps I take on stairs LOL (to myself not out loud) When I go up or down the stairs to the train i count them. I think its because I am concentrating and I have a fear of falling down them in front of people!

It is not uncommon to hear me reenacting Broadway musicals in my apartment. I love to play all the parts in Les Miz, Wicked,Songs for a New World etc.. I am sure that my neighbors love it!!!

I have written theme songs for all 3 of our cats.

LOL! I used to do the same thing....I still catch myself doing it 2 years later.

I do this too!!! I also count how many scoops it takes before my ice bucket is full (18). I guess it is just an occupational hazard.

1) I eat my ice cream very mushy... to the point where you can practically drink it. He calls it my 'Ice Cream Soup'

fh and i do that too except it's my 'medicine' because i'm always sick and fh used to 'feed it to the nomes under the table' when he was little..

other than that i'm just an obsessive control freak so pretty much everything is weird..

When Im walking down the street I re-play conversations Ive had where I didnt say what I wanted to and pretend Im saying what I really feel, but sometimes I dont realize that my mouth is moving, but Im not making any sounds. People probably think Im crazy

when i have a buttered roll, or hambirger (basically anything on bread)... i peel the top layer of bread off of it (like the darker layer)... i dont like to get seeds in my teeth. but i do it when theres no seeds also... i think its b/c when i was little, my dad used to tell me that i had to eat my crust b/c it would put hair on my chest ummm, i really didnt want that!

i count going up and down the stairs also. it hasn't kept me from falling though

i use a sewing needle and clean the buttons on my cell phone and the remote.

all right here goes...I only eat one thing at a time on my plate. I pick one thing and then don't go on until I've finished that one thing. I work my way around the plate and God forbid one thing mixes with the other I can't even eat mixed vegatables. If there is any sauce on one thing and there is something else I want to eat but my plate has sauce all over it, I'll either get a new plate or wash the other one off before I eat the next thing!

lets see..
i dont like anything on my plate to touch.. I like to mix corn and mashed potatoes... but if any of the corn was touching the mashed potatoes before i get it i put it to the side and i wont eat it...
I look at signs and things and try to pair up the letters.. if there is a leftover letter i move on until i find another sign with an extra letter to pair it to... I'm crazy i know but i do this all in my head no one knows...
Now i am sure alot of people do this. i will under NO circumstances take the first of anything on the shelf at the store (logicaly this is the first one everyone touches, and god forbid someone have touched the wrapper) If its the last one i don't by it
i could go on and on....

I used to 'write' words with my finger, on my leg, as people were saying them.

Sometimes now I can convince myself that I gave birth to my dog. I think about how much I love him and how is like my son. I think about Gepetto and Pinocchio and how much Gepetto loved him and wanted him to be a 'real boy'.

I USED to do this but don't anymore...i can flip my eyelids. I did this once for my fiance and he told me never, ever to do it again, lol...

I agree w/ your FH. I've seen people do that and it skeeves me! (sorry!)

When it is nighttime and all the lights are off and I need to do something, I try to do it in the dark to see if I could manage if I was blind.

I can only eat M&M's(my favorite candy) 3 at a time. I place them under my tongue and let them melt a little and then I suck on them. I hate to chew them. FI thinks I am nuts!

I am not the only one....DH cought me *counting* the milk as I poured it on my cereal this morning!!

I do this too...especially if there is something that is supposed to be crispy or crunchy next to something that might make it soggy.

I know, the eyelid thing was gross but i don't do that anymore, haha..thank god. Just something i discovered i could do that was odd!

FI just told me he notices one thing i do that he thinks is weird but funny...I gravitate towards babies wherever we are, especially shopping in a grocery store...he says that i have a 'baby radar' and i guess its true, i just love them. Especially new dads holding a baby...i find myself going past them to take a peek :)
