I carry around a portable space heater everywhere I go (even to work : ) and I also walk around with this pink fleece blanket I got from Target. I am perpetually cold.

Tushie warmers are great!!!
I also wash my hands and wrists in really warm (hot) water.
It works when you are hot with cold water too!

layers, fleece, blankets, DH, and when all else fails I go on the treadmill for a bit (I should do this more often than I get around to doing even when I'm not cold).

we keep a space heater next to the bed - plus my FH insists we sleep naked - so we need a lot of comforters...
