What do you guys think about a carrot wedding cake?

FH and I love carrot cake..not sure how the one at Fox Hollow will be...i am torn because not everyone eats it. What do you think??

Go for it! We are going to see if we can get a coconut flavored cake with pinneapple filling and coconut flavored icing. Its our favorite ice cream flavor.

I am getting a carrot cake too. It's funny because I was worried that there would be alot of people who don't like carrot cake, but Ihaven't met one person who doesn't like carrot cake. I think it's great because I get so bored with the typical cakes!

I personally don't like it and I know many of my guests don't either. you know your own family and friends better. I'm going with either choc or vanilla....more common tastes
