Re: What do you think about?
Cute idea if that is the wedding style you are going for. Personally I think it takes away from the elegance of a wedding. JMO!

Re: What do you think about?
I agree, if you want to incorporate Pooh into your theme thats great but I think it would be better if it were more subtle. JMO

Re: What do you think about?
I like the idea of Santa. Are you having Christmas trees in the reception for decorations? I saw a picture of that once for a wedding it was soooo beautiful and dreamie. They put the place cards on a tree it was a brillant idea. They also had a tree with these clear ornaments that had jordan almonds inside..very cool. What a great time of year to get married. Oh, the picture I saw also had pointsettia all over in red.

Re: What do you think about?
I Christmas theme is beautiful. A POOH Christmas theme I think will definately take away from the elegance of your wedding. ESPECIALLY since you're having it at Russo's!Please don't take it the wrong way, I too am a Pooh Fanatic!

Re: What do you think about?
I agree that it would take away the elegance of your wedding. But if you love the idea, go for it!

Re: What do you think about?
In HS I worked for an Entertainment Company and we always had requests for 'Costumed Characters' for weddings. I was once Pooh at a wedding (no making fun of me!!) for like 10 mins..walked in took some pics and left. If you want Pook there I say go for it!

Re: What do you think about?
I agree with the rest. There is a fine line between wedding and bar mitzvah when stuff like that is done. I think it's adorable..and if you were to get a pooh cake topper or other cute stuff, it would be great!

Re: What do you think about?
I'm all about 'less is more'. When you try to overload people with a theme it gets to be a little much. A few cohesive details here and there will tie it all together in an elegant and subtle way.

Re: What do you think about?
I agree, 'less is more.' I think a Pooh Santa would look odd at an elegant, formal wedding. If you are going for a more casual, fun, untraditional wedding, with alot of kids etc. I think it would be fine.I am assuming we are talking about Winnie the Pooh!
