What do you think of Terrace on the Park?

What do you think of Terrace on the Park?

My fiance and I are thinking of getting hitched there, we got engaged there so we like the idea (and the price fits our slightly tight budget lol). Anyone have any complaints about their experience with Terrace on the Park, or any praise? All comments would be greatly appreciated :)

You should post this on brides halping brides- you may get more responses. You should also use the search function to search for the hall on the brides review board. I believe there have been some girls who got married there. :)

I looked at Terrace on the Park a few months ago. I absolutely fell in love with the room...almost to the point that I almost started to cry because it was so beautiful and perfect. However, after going to a few other halls, they asked which halls I looked at and everyone had negative comments about how they have more than 5 events going on at one time. So, that is really what turned me away. Other than that, the rooms are beautiful and I heard the food is okay...but like I said, I didn't really want to be 1 out of 5 weddings there on that day.

Im getting married there in November...I am getting married in Penthouse room...so while there may be other weddings going on we have the entire floor to ourselves which I really like. I just loved the views and felt it was so unique and jazzy...esp my room with the unisphere lit up behind the bride and groom dais. Before I even looked so many people told me great things about the place so I had to check it out. And I just totally feel in love.

Hi, I just got married there on June 21st 2008. It was a gorgeous event!!!! My ceremony was at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the reception was in the Rose room. I really wanted the Crystal room but with all the flowers the room was just stunning! The service was great! The MD was so attentive! The only thing that upset me was that the BM requested that we pay him for our plate. That was the only disappointment I had there. See some pics. I went to a wedding there in May and it was beautiful. Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious and the view was really cool!!
