Based on the reviews I read here, I am considering going with one of the following companies. Here they are, in no particular order. What do you guys think?
1) Dash of Class 2) Bravura Entertainment 3) Music by Michael 4) Elegancia Entertainment
My reception will be from 8 to 12 midnight in one of the smaller rooms at Leonards (so I don't think I will need a fancy light show or plasma screens).
Any thoughts (good or bad) about any of these vendors, please feel free to FM me.

I was just at a wedding that Bravura was doing and they were fantastic. Im sorry but I dont know about the others.

We are using Dash of Class...and we saw them at a bridal show...and they were AWESOME! they are also great to work with!!

I'm going to be using Bravura. I didn't think that they were too expensive and they are wonderful there.

I've only seen Music by Michael in action. He was excellent. He was already booked for our wedding, though. I don't know anything about the others you mentioned. Good luck!

Would any of you mind FM'ing me whatever packages you are going with? I didn't want to spend more than $1500 for a basic MC and DJ package. I wonder if any of these people are in my price range.

we saw dash of class and bravura at two different bridal shows BUT we felt in love with bravura, Tony was awsome. so we gonna go with them.
We booked Bravura. Their equpiment was high end and Tony's energy was perfect!

we are using Elegancia and I heard nothing but good things about them and they are very reasonable, they price range from 975 to 2700 dollars

Music by Michael is who I am using. He fits into your budget and is a very classy good guy with an extensive collection of music!

we decided on Bravura for two reasons
1) tony was very professional and personable and we all clicked
2) we wanted to add some live music but not a whole band and bravura had that option
also, i loved seeing a video of them at work....we didnt for the other dj's we went to and that really sold us on their professionalism

We are using Music by Michael. He played at my friends wedding and he did a phenomenal job. He is so nice to work with and very organized. We got the basic package with an additional hour added and it came out to 1695.

we're using DASH OF CLASS...came very recommended by my future inlaws, they used them for every occasion...Mike is the owner/founder & we're using him specifically...hes really nice, willing to work with us to have/use whatever we want...they offer a great tv thing too, they ask you to get pics of each of you growing up then pics together then they'll show the pics throughout the evening....we cant wait...the wedding we went to (my brother in law) was awesome, they really did a great job...

I have seen both Dash of Class and Brauvra at show case and I like both of them But I am going with Never Stop Jammin Djs because we feel in love with Ron
