Okay, honest opinions please, a very good friend of mine got married in October, and this photo is of her centerpiece. She is very upset at what she received, she was promised 42 roses in each centerpiece and specified not too much filler.
She was forced to choose between the house florists and obviously is not happy with what she received.
What would you do in this situation?

ETA:: Her wedding was beautiful anyway! (Just wanted to add that because she does read the boards!)

The centerpiece is pretty. I don't mind green... it's actually one of my colors. BUT ~ if she did not want a lot of filler, she certainly didn't get what she asked for or paid for. There definitely does not seem to be 42 roses in there and while I didn't notice it when I looked the first time, after reading one of the previous posts, I'd have to agree that it does look a little wilted.
She had the right idea on her wedding day that there was nothing she could do about it and that she shouldn't let it bother her. But, she can take action now! And, she should!

I'm different than most in that I LOVE greenery in cps. However, she did not get what she asked for, and for that I would be very upset. From the gap on the top of the cp to the absence of 42 roses - it's not what she specified.

Here's a stupid question I guess, when I was meeting with florists we never discussed HOW MANY flowers in each centerpeice. I mean yes this does look a little bare, but it is beautiful. Should I be contracting NUMBER of Specific flowers in each?

I agree...they totally went against what she asked for. That's a helluva lot of greenery. Take the contract and photo to them, and let them know she is NOT happy.

there's way too much greenary, some of the roses look like buds and are not fully bloomed, and it looks like there's only about 32 roses.
