What do you think was the worst part of this wedding process so far??
I have to admit the invitations and registry (yeah, can you believe it) was the worst so far. I say registering because my FH insisted that he come with me--oh boy what a mistake--I had to drag him around Fortunoff's to hear him say 'whatever you like honey.' He means well.....

I think so far it's been finding the reception hall. I was getting totally stressed that I was never going to find the right place. We haven't registered yet, but I'm sure that will be interesting.

I think the worst part was not having any free time. Every weekend involves planning for the wedding (seeing different vendors, registering, etc). We haven't done much else since we got engaged but plan for the wedding.

definatley the guest list...
now worrying that im going to be under the minium.. some of the people we figured are definates wont be able to make the travel for the wedding, the list keeps getting smaller and its still 6 months til the invites go out..

I'd have to say visiting all the vendors ( at least 3 min. a day ) , keeping track of the info and the differences. It's easier for me to pick the bad things that make me uncomfortable. It's disheartening to tell my fiancee that I don't like the vendors she has fallen in love with. Especially when she said ' Can't you see us getting married there OR I just loved them and would loved to work with them '
It's my wedding too and wouldn't it be dishonest not to tell her how I felt?

I think the process itself has sucked. I want the day but the planning is tedious. I can't wait to have my life back.
ps - If I absolutely have to choose, it would definitely be the guest list. And the incesant saving.

It has got to be saving the $$$$$. Even though our parents helped out alot....with all our regular bills...it's been tough.
Definately.. So far i haven't liked registry and shopping for the BM dresses

I've had basically a good time with everything so far.. but there have been a few things that have been tougher and not as fun..
I didn't like traveling to all the reception halls.. It was very tiring. Though it seems real simple, it was very time consuming and mentally stressful.. Spent 3 full Sundays doing it. I know there are some of you that have done like 33 Sundays worth of looking.. but those 3 Sundays really exhausted me.
I know I won't like gathering all the addreses for the invites.. not fun.
But like luvsun, the money $$$ part is always on my mind. The amount of money saved never seems to be enough. There's all more costs you gotta figure in. But at this point, I'm like 'screw it, it'll just get done... and then I TRY not to stress about it.
It'll all get done.. but it's just stress thinking about it.

i would say my dress and finding a officiant.
My dress becuase my MOH is making it and we were bickering left ad right about it. The style, the cut.... you name it, we disagreed on everything. Finding the officiant, my pastor couldn't do it because of time conflicts and my Bf's priest couldn't officiant our wedding because it HAS to be in a Roman Catholic church. I ended up using someone I found on-line.
now i know why people elope!

The worst part has been having to do most of the planning by myself. Since FH lives 230 miles from me, I have had to go to most of the appointments by myself.

definitely the saving for the wedding.
I was used to buying what I wanted when I wanted to(within reason of course). I cannot wait to go to the store after the wedding and actually be able to buy something for me again(and of course something for my FI again).
I have enjoyed all of the planning but the saving of such a large amount of money over only a year kills me !!!

oh yeah.. that too!... the officiant.... add that to my list as well. We wanna get married outside... but my family friend priest won't do the ceremony unless we have the ceremony in Church. The family (as well as i) want it recognzied in the eyes of the Curch.. still gotta figure out waht to do. It's a bummer.

Wow, Darly, that's tough.
So far, my worst part is that my FH is making me feel bad about the whole process... not involved and I feel like I have to drag him to do anything, and he tells me I'm going 'overboard' (when, really, I've done nothing whatsoever that's beyond the bare minimum at this point). It's hurting my heart.
