What else is left? September Brides...

FH are laying on the couch on our respective macbooks and are racking our brains trying to figure out what else we need to do....

We live in FL, so it's not like we can just pop in and see our vendors whenever, so we're just trying to get as much taken care of as possible.

We feel live we've done a lot already, but just know that there's still stuff that we should be doing...any suggestions?

Here's an abridged version of what we've done:
- Major Vendors Booked (florist, photo, video, band)
- Dress is in (1st fitting is mid-June)
- FH's tux is purchased, so are his shoes
- BM dresses ordered (2out of 4 have arrived)
- Tuxes selected (gotta get them to go get fitted)
- Mom ordered her gown
- Grandma is thisclose to ordering hers
- FMIL still needs to find one
- FFIL owns his tux
- E-shoot is scheduled for June
- Shower is scheduled for June
- Shoes & Headpiece are purchased
- Just ordered DOJ
- Gifts for BMs are done (still need gifts for GM)
- Invites are printed, will be sent out 7/7
- Flights to NY booked
- Flights to HM booked
- MU & Hair (pretty sure my mom negotiated this already)

I can't think of much else.

Still need to do:
-Gifts for parents
-Gift for MOH (though I know what I'm getting her)
-Veil

HELP!! What else is left?!??

No programs. We're using the same designer for wedding invites, menus, table #'s, and escort cards.

Once we choose our menu (in June), she will print that as well.

Not having one...I know this may sound totally strange, but I never got the whole idea of a RD.

First off, it's an additional expense that we really really cannot afford to incur at this stage in the game (It'll cost us at least $1,000 and that's a lot), and I'm not having a big BP. I have 4 girls, FH has 5 guys. I'm sure that we can tell them who they're walking with and what order they're walking in the day of or the night before...no?

Oh I totally agree with that. We arent having one either... Just thought of something else that is typically done... All of my BP knows how to walk so Im good one that

any bubbles or rose petals or something for after the ceremony
unity candle
cardbox
garter
cake topper
favors

i'm not using a garter or cake topper, but it's on my list just in case i change my mind

no way...my list looks like your's. i've gotten so much done already...i'm just relaxing and waiting for the right time to send/buy etc (like do i really need bubbles sitting around in my apartment for 5 months???)

You arent crazy! You just are on the ball and have alot done!

I know exactly what you mean. I'm not doing bubbles, but I do have my unity candle, cake topper, and garter. Pics in album

ETA: we've got a birdcage instead of a cardbox and we have the favors (they're actually gonna be the picture frames in which the escort cards will be placed)

I agree with you. It's just an extra expense and I don't feel like it's worth it. If someone else wants to pay for it, then we'll do it, but I am not paying for all of that.

Also, my RH is giving us the table numbers, the place cards, etc. I haven't seen them yet. But that will have to do. I don't want to waste paper.

Totally.

I should also mention some more things we've gotten done that FH just reminded me of.

- Wedding bands
- Day of Sweatsuit
- Victoria's Secret White Silk 'Bride' bling robe
- Guestbook
- Blinged out 'Bridesmaid' tanks for girls (need to get one for MOH)
- 90% of items for bathroom baskets
- Channa Plaque

OMG, i'm obsessed with it!! Again, another thing purchased earlier on in the planning (by FH <3)

Here's a pic of it...though it doesn't do it justice. It's white silk with Swarovski crystals.

ETA: I plan on wearing my personalized sweatsuit on the way to the castle and for a few pics, and then changing into the robe while I'm getting hair/MU done.

It's SOOOO beautiful !! It is short--about Mid-thigh level.

But, I have only seen them in the stores. It's totally weird, but they don't seem to have any online! Not even under the bridal collection!

I would call ahead just to confirm that they have it, but if not, always check eBay!

Just so you don't get f*ucked on a bad deal, FH paid about $60 for mine.
