What entree would you choose

What entree would you choose

we so far chose:
--Filet Mignon
--Triple South African Lobster Tails

What would you choose for your third?
Roasted Rack of Lamb with herbal crust
Herb & Spice Roasted Chicken Breast
Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
or
Herb & Macadamia Encrusted Salmon

Mind you of our small guest list...we are pretty sure 98% will go with the Filet Mignon or lobster.

I would stay away from choosing another fish just because you already chose lobster (even though it's a shellfish as opposed to regular fish), many people don't like fish (although I can't imagine life without fish ) so I would just say go with the chicken breast or rack of lamb.

we are leaning towards the rack of lamb. Because with filet or lobster or rack of lamb...who would be crazy enough to choose chicken.

They all sound delicious but I think you should probably go with chicken. I think people generally have a beef, a chicken and a fish.

also keep in mind this is a SMALL wedding of only 30....so we know our guests pretty well, in what we think they'll choose.

Chicken isn't the most exciting entree, but I know plenty of people who don't like seafood or beef. It's probably the safest option.

I voted before I read your post...since your having a fish and a beef, I would change my vote to either chicken or the lamb. Probably chicken though b/c more people eat chicken then lamb.

I would say the chicken only because you already have a fish, and a 'heavy' option of filet, I would say something lighter and more 'plain'. I don't know too many people who like lamb (although those that LOVE it LOVE it!) ...but if you know your guests and want the lamb then get it!

i agree...the rack of lamb or the chicken....i only voted for the chicken over the rack of lamb b/c it is the 'safer' choice...chicken seems to be everyones fallback

if you were able to know for sure that the majority would go with the filet, would you still waste the choice on chicken?

I know for a 'typical' wedding it's beef, chicken, fish. This is a little different

Oops I took the poll 1st. I originally chose the Salmon because it sounded so good. But since you already chose a fish and a beef I say pick the chicken. You can never go wrong with chicken!

I voted for chicken because some people do not like red meat or fish. But if it were me, I would say they all sound awesome! But probably the lamb or salmon.

Ok I would say do the chicken .. you need one plain, not exciting meal for the picky eaters. Perfect example, my sister is deathly allergic to seafood and isnt a red meat eater.

BTW that menu is excellent, I want the losbster, steak and Ill take the chicken also.
