What would you choose for your third? Roasted Rack of Lamb with herbal crust Herb & Spice Roasted Chicken Breast Pan Seared Mahi Mahi or Herb & Macadamia Encrusted Salmon
Mind you of our small guest list...we are pretty sure 98% will go with the Filet Mignon or lobster.

the mahi sounds yummy but i wouldn't pick another fish since you have the lobster.
I'd go rack of lamb or chicken but people always eat chicken teh rack of lamb is different

I usually get beef when I can...but sometimes I'm at a wedding and I don't feel so well...so I get chicken because it's safer for my stomach. I know it's 'boring' to do a fish, poultry and beef option...but in the end, the food is all about your guests, not about you...hard to swallow, but it's true...just like the music your band or DJ will play, it's all about the guests.
there are some people who don't eat red meat or fish... Chicken is your best bet...

I usually get the chicken if it is stuffed, but on your menu I'd take the lamb! Sounds GREAT!

you definitely need a chicken - there are so many people ( a lot of my friends actually) that don't eat red meat and don't like fish. . .
HOWEVER- if you would like to invite ME to the wedding i would love the mahi mahi

I think you should stick with the chicken, even though you think that most of your guests will eat the other two options, just in case.

ok...I know it's hard, but try not to just pick what you like....we know out of 26 guests: There are no vegetarians At least 20 we know for sure eat red meat.
Knowing that, what would you choose as the third entree?

okay, I'm confused. what exactly are you asking? Your question seems to be what we would choose as a third choice. I like the other ladies, think chicken would be the best option, but you don't seem to like that answer, so why don't you just go with whatever third choice you want? You must be leaning towards something and have a reason for it. You seem frustrated at everyone's answer.

chicken, but since you say so many people eat red meat, i guess lamb. but if i was a guest and i was allergic to shellfish, i dont know what i would do. i only eat white meat and fish.
i think you need some chicken on there, although you dont seem to like that answer.....
btw, south african lobster tails are amazing!!! i had them when i was there and OMG....
