The names of everyone in the bridal party and immediate family of the bride and groom and the order of the service would be the minimum.

Names of the entire wedding party members, their relationship to the bride and groom, and their titles/position.
Parents names, organist name, officiant name.
Wedding date and day, time, ceremony site, wedding city and state
The processional, recessional, readings, readers.
