What has been your favorite engagement gift?

Mine is the toasting flutes my mom and dad gave us at our engagement party.....they are soooooo pretty and I was soooo suprised! I love them

My Waterford toasting glasses that my godmother gave us. I LOVE them... and can't wait to use them.

This is going to sound ridiculous, but I got a set of 5 pasta bowls and I think they're so pretty! I love them! That's the italian in me, I guess!

I got these really pretty Tiffany & Co. crystal candlesticks! They are so pretty and unexpected! I love them the most!

My entire China Set! Yep all 16 pieces from FI grandparents. I can't wait to use them!

My brother's girlfriend gave us this scrap book type of thing to track everything up to the wedding....eparty, dress shopping, vendor shopping, shower, bachelor and bachelorette party (not just for the girls). We're going to hopefully have it done right after our bachelor and bachelorette parties to have it displayed in the lounge area of our RH....

My second favorite gift is our electronic pepper grinder..... it spits out the most perfect sized chunks of peppery goodness everytime..... so reliable!!

I think the best gift I've gotten was a letter from my grandmother.

She wrote FH and I a letter with a list of marital advice - much of it very practical, things like 'make sure that both of you know what's going on with your finances' and 'always keep some money that is just yours,' but also some of it relationship advice, like 'don't ever go to bed angry' and, what I think is most beautiful, 'remember that one of the best gifts you can give your children is a good relationship role model. Put your relationship first sometimes.'

She also put a really hefty check in with the letter, which is much appreciated and is going directly in our house fund, but it's the letter that I'll keep in my scrapbook and read over and over years from now.

My MOH gave us this scrapbook type book where we track everything from the engagement through the wedding. I LOVE it!! Can't wait to show it to the kids one day!!

not to sound corny or whatever but the best engagement gift that i received was seeing my two grandmothers together for once.

My grandmother (whom I wasVERRYYYYYclose to) passed away almost 2 years ago so I am very happy that at least she was there for my engagement party.

My new Microwave!!! We have been using it hahah we already live together and needed a new one.. it just happend to show up at the door haha right as we really really needed it...
