What has your FH actually done in the wedding process?
Original post by Bridex100
FH is involved in the sense that he cuts the checks and helps make the decisions but basically I do ALL the work.
Originally I handed off invitation, honeymoon, transportation, and entertainment to him but it turns out that I am doing all of that as well.

My FH has really been a big support and helper throughout the whole process. We have been making all the decisions together.
He even printed/posted the wedding checklist and is quick to look at it daily to ask me if I have done the things listed.
Only thing we didn't do together was the dress and it is eating me up not to tell him what it looks like!!

I've done all the research, calling vendors, setting appts, etc.. he drives us there, gives his opinion, and puts down the deposit. If I left it all (or anything) up to him it would never get done

I do all the organizing (making appointments, booking, etc) but he has been involved in making the decision for everything so far.
I agree with this. I am the organizer. He is not. So I make the appointments and organize things and he goes and we make the decisions together. Asside from my dress we have gone together for everything.
Men are just not usually as good at organization. Which is totally fine by me. Also the crafty things they are usually not good at either. But I don't mind those things because they are fun!
