Dais? I keep hearing of flowers needed for a dais.. I may need some flowers for a dais as well if I knew what it was

it is the table the bride and groom sit at forthe reception.
We didn't need flowers for it...they arranged my bouquet and the BM's bouquets around it.

A dais is a very long table where the bride, groom and bridal party (usually sans dates) sit and look out onto the reception. Sometimes it is s bit elevated as if you are on stage. Most places do sweetheart tables now.

A Dais table is where at the reception the whole bridal party sits at a table including you and your new husband.
