Sorry if this question is absolutely stupid, but I have NO idea! I'm looking at a registry suggestion sheet and it mentions tons of flatware I've never heard of PLUS a Hostess Set... I'm not sure if there are somethings listed here that's already in the set I chose! Anyway, if anyone knows... I'd greatly appreciate it...
Edited to add: I did try to research this myself... but the Fortunoff website, just says hostess set and doesn't say what's in it...

Re: What is included in a 7-piece Hostess Set???
My flatware had three sets of three or four hostess items.
They are things like cake knife, ladle spoon, butter knife, serving fork, serving spoons, etc.
Edited to say: I haven't even opened one if the boxes yet to see what is in it - I just got it a few weeks ago.

I was trying to do a search for you...This is what I found, but I think it depends on the silverware you get..that determine's what's in the hostess set...Sorry I couldn't help more.
Thanks ladies!!! I guess I have to hit Fortunoff to actually see the set...
Thanks for the pics!

Re: What is included in a 7-piece Hostess Set???
Macy's didn't even have the set when I registered for it. So I had no clue..they said will you need the hostess/completer sets and I said sure why not. I got all 3 too. I think they are useful but I just got my dining room set and am yet to entertain or at least have a dinner party wher I could use them.

I think the flatware hostess set is the serving & slotted spoon, slant tipped butter knife, scalloped sugar spoon, gravy ladel and meat fork. I don't know what the seventh piece is, maybe a cake/pie server?
