I always say Pharmacist or Architect...
but those are 2 fields that I would have to go back and probably get another BA in...
I don't think I could stand going for 120 more credits after a BA and 2 MAs...and I promised my mom - if I went back to school yet again...it would be a PhD program...

To answer the question, I guess money. DH and I just got married and bought a house, we have A LOT that needs to be done at home, that if I didn't work to go to school, our house would be empty FOREVER!!!
Actually my REAL dream job is to be a stay at home mom, but we don't have kids yet, so that's what's really keeping me from fulfilling my dream!

Time and money.
If I didn't have to work I could pursue my dream job, but then I'd need money to pay for the cost of the school I'd need to attend in order to achieve it. Alas...

I'll respond to my own question: I don't know what my dream job is, but I am pretty close to it. I wish i had more client interaction than I currently do, but I am otherwise happy.

I already have my dream job, when I return after maternity leave I will be bringing Damien with me and can continue to BF and see him anytime I want.

Well my dream job is being a Supreme Court Justice.
So what holds me back is the lack of an Ivy League education, I am a regular genius and not a super genius like the justices and Bush would never appoint me because I am a liberal

To become a child psychologists.....$$ and time, I would need to get a Psy. D. To teach dance FT.....$$ any school couldn't possibly match what I make now, plus most studios don't offer benefits, paid vacations, 401K, etc... Maybe after I'm married this one could be possible when I can rely of FH's support.
