What is something that you like to eat, that other people find totally disgusting???

Now my BROTHER on the otherhand…

Ketchup in eggs.. no biggie (morning event in our house)
Barbacoa (its basically the meat off the face of a cow) salted to death – Greasy stuff
WATER in the cereal. – ewie

Back to ME!

I used to mix up my cereals. Got a little left over of one? Put it in with the other, no biggie

OH and Pancakes with Jelly (no syrup) apparently my father started this with me because as a VERY little girl I hated to be dirty (Before I was a tomboy) and so syrup was sticky and get on my fork and I wouldn’t eat and I’d cry cause I like pancakes. So he gave me jelly to spread on it. Ever since I now eat my pancakes with Jelly on it.

McDonald’s Egg McMuffin (no egg) people really look at me strange then.

Burgers? Oh yeah I add onion rings to it if I got them.
Love onion rings with ranch dressing, fries too .. hell just about ANYTHING in Ranch dressing, pizza, carrots, pretzels, whatever.

I guess it’s not strange but the only way I eat Corn Dogs is with a dip that is basically NEARLY 50/50 ketchup & mustard but with just a little more mustard.

I love ketchup and eggs, ketchup on pasta, mac and cheese - some of the stuff I am reading about on here is turning my stomach though!!

I love ketchup on everything: eggs, broccoli, etc.

A guy at my job DRINKS a cup of half & half....

My sister eats peanut butter & butter sandwiches....

MY FH eats ham & butter sandwiches....

GROSS!!!!

Ladies....(and 2 men...LOL).....I'm freaking NAUSEOUS after reading this thread.

And bagels with cream cheese and bacon are NOT gross! I used to eat them all of the time until I became veggie and now I eat it with tofu creamcheese and fakin bacon on a cinnamon raisin bagel! everyone thinks this is gross, but it rocks!

I just thought of something else I love - in some parts of upstate NY (I went to college there) people eat their pizza dipped in blue cheese dressing - its sooooo freaking delicious!!

Also there is something else upstate called rye bread dip - its basically sour cream & dill & I dont know what else and you dip fresh rye bread in it. LOVE IT!

Another thing thats upstate is a garbage plate. Holy hell these things are good. Its basically a plate with macaroni salad or beans on it, french fries or home fries, and 2 cheeseburgers or hot dogs on top of it all (no bun). Then they pour meat sauce, mustard and onions all over the mixture. I drown mine in ketchup while most people drown it either in ketchup or hot sauce. You mix it up and eat it with buttered bread. It sounds horrible but its out of this world!!!!

I also do the tuna in mac & cheese thing--FH used to run out of the room when I would make it until I made him try it & now he asks me to make it for him!! & HE IS A CHEF!!!

I put butter or margarine on saltines & make little sandwiches--been doing that since I am little. peanut butter works too

I never thought this was weird until FH saw me do it (I haven't got him to try this yet
) I toast a bagel or english muffin & break it up into little pieces & put it in a soft boiled egg.

My sister/MOH puts ketchup on freaking EVERYTHING!!! It's gross! eggs, chicken no matter how it is cooked, mashed potatoes, cinnamon & raisin bagels with american cheese (only white) AND KETCHUP!! gross

I have a couple:

I put butter & ketchup on browned ground beef.

I make this BBQ sauce with ketchup, terriaki & mustard that I love on stove top stuffing. DH would be sick if he ever saw me eat it

I love to put Fritos on Tuna sandwiches.

BAcon on my bagel w/cream cheese.

Love to dip my fries in my Frostee at Wendy's, that one a lot of peolpe find gross.

Always dip plain chips in ketchup. Same thing as french fries, right.

And when I was younger, my grandma always made me peanut butter and butter on rye bread. that's right. butter and peanut butter, high cholersterol on bread. but soooooooooooo good!!!

but for the all time gross out, FH eats bacon, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. gross gross gross.

peanut butter and butter sandwiches (didn't like jelly)
banana and mayo sandwiches
butter, peanut butter, and syrup on my waffles
brown sugar in my milk
cottage cheese with shredded deli turkey, bacon bits, and olives

All I can think of at the moment. :o)

I still do that...I don't think it's gross. That's what I usually eat for breakfast on the way out the door. You toast the bread, put a little I Can't Believe it's not butter, then light coat of PB.... Mmmmm Yummy.

Where upstate did you go? I learned to love the blue cheese dipped pizza while I was up there. And though I nevre had one myself, I remember there was a place nearby where people would always go to get that 'garbage plate'. I don't know that I ever could work myself up to that!!

And I simply cannot eat hard ice cream. I take it out of the freezer and let it sit for 1/2 on the counter before touching it. When its practically melting, then I dig in and enjoy it. FH often yells in from the kitchen and says 'hey, your ice cream soup is ready'
