Just Curious to see if anyone is a tad strange like me!!
One thing I eat that others cringe at is Pretzels with Milk!! I love drinking milk with pretzels.
I also love, Bagel with cream cheese with bacon or sour cream and onion potato chips. My DH and everyone else always look at me funny when I eat it!!

You just reminded me - as a kid, the only condiment I liked on my sandwiches was mayo (I like that or mustard now), but when I had bologna sandwiches, I would do the works - you name it, it was on there... mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, and nacho cheese doritos! That was pretty gross now that I think back on it.

In Ireland they have blood pudding. (it's pretty much the same thing.) I LOVE it. Alot of people thinks its gross.

If you go out anywhere order the 'Fry'. It will have it! It might also be called a 'Mixed Grill'
And you MUST get curry chips at the chipper!!!

I dip my french fries in sour cream. Whenever I ask a waitress/waitor for a side of sour cream, they look at me like i'm crazy. I think it makes sense, we put sour cream on baked potatoes.
ETA: When I got to McDonald's I dip my fries in my vanilla shake. Yummy! Been doing that since I was 5.
My sister does that with her fries!
I eat raw potatoes. It freaks people out. I LOVE sushi, which really isn't that big of a deal, but some people things its discusting. I could eat it everyday for every meal and be happy.

Where upstate did you go? I learned to love the blue cheese dipped pizza while I was up there. And though I nevre had one myself, I remember there was a place nearby where people would always go to get that 'garbage plate'. I don't know that I ever could work myself up to that!!
I went to SUNY Brockport in Rochester....where did you go? I can understand why you might think garbage plates are disgusting - they are an acquired taste!

i love pizza dipped in thousand island dressing.
bagel with cream cheese and bacon
hot sauce on EVERYTHING, chicken, fish, chips, eggs, etxc...
i also mix ketchup and mayo to dip my french fries in.

Another thing thats upstate is a garbage plate. Holy hell these things are good. Its basically a plate with macaroni salad or beans on it, french fries or home fries, and 2 cheeseburgers or hot dogs on top of it all (no bun). Then they pour meat sauce, mustard and onions all over the mixture. I drown mine in ketchup while most people drown it either in ketchup or hot sauce. You mix it up and eat it with buttered bread. It sounds horrible but its out of this world!!!!
Oh man, the garbage plates. I definitely miss the late night trips to Rochester for those. Soooo good. Where did you go to school?
Btw - whoever said Ranch dressing on everything rules...I agree. That is a very close second to Ketchup for me.'
ETA: Just saw your post about Brockport. I went to Geneseo so I am very familiar with the upstate traditions...though I hate blue cheese. Ranch was my substitute, yummy!

Geneseo is 45 minutes from Brockport! Upstate food is the best! Fattening, but delicious!!!!

Mine too Too bad I just ordered lunch or I would have had to get the grilled cheese, without bacon of course since it's Friday (such a good catholic).
Buffalo wings and chicken fingers with Ranch is a must! OMG I am getting fatter just thinking about it.
