thing you did for FH? I have to say the time when I set my apartment up like a romantic resturant with candles and all and made his favorite dish for his birthday and dress up like we were actually out dining.

Re: What is the most romantic
I took care of FH when he got hit in the head with a baseball bat catching in a game (reached too far in for the ball, and the guy swung late). I rode with him in the ambulance when we got in did all his paperwork. Since his neck was in a brace and it was a head injury, I watched him for 24 straight hours. I let him have the whole bed to himself and I sat on the floor listening to his breathing pattern. When he woke up, I told him I was going to nap because I had stayed awake the whole night. But, before that I brought him breakfast in bed. That night, I took him for a ride to the beach, and I told him all of the things I loved about him (things I never told him before). He said it was the best night of his life.

1st weekend date we had discussed cars (we're both are really into them). I told him my fav. was the G35. I met him at his work to go on a weekend trip...he had rented a G35 for the weekend. That was so sweet!

Re: What is the most romantic
FH moved to NY this past June ( we had lived in SC for 4 years before but both from NY) and I stayed in SC until Labor Day...it was the longest 1 1/2 months of my life...stayed with his parents, which was fine b/c I love them......anyway He made a big stink about me coming to NY for my birthday...so after all the arguing that we did, I flew to NY for the weekend of my birthday...I come to find out that he rented the Honeymoon Sweet at the Courtyard for us...we walk in and he had candles all over, rose petals all over the place....strawberries and champagne.....it was REALLY sweet-on top of it he got me a diamond necklace that I had wanted for the past 3 years!!!

Re: What is the most romantic
The most romantic thing that I have ever done for HIM?? Hrmm... I am always doing little things for him.
The best was his 33rd birthday though. The night before, I got our 2 and a half year old to draw pictures of his dad and we pasted them up together with letters that I had cut out that said Happy Birthday Daddy. We woke him up late the next morning with a breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon, orange juice and homefries. Then I told him we were going out to a restaurant for his birthday with some friends. HE HATES going out to restaurants, but gave in. So our BM Mike came over and asked him to come to the mall with him because he needed advise on something. When they left, I turned our apartment into party central. I made a collage of his life to that point - a photo time line in the shape of the number 33. I invited our friends and family over to celebrate and made a ton of his favorite foods. When they got home, everyone was in the back bedrooms and we did 'This is Your Life', where I would give him a hint about WHO was there and he would guess and the person would come out and say happy birthday and give him a present. He was SO SURPRISED! For my present, I cut tracings of my hand, his hand, Robbies hand and Noah's hand and pasted them on top of each other and framed them in a shadow box. It is still his favorite 'picture'.

Stood on the side of the LIE service road with a big heart (made out of plastic) he made with my name on it. By far the most romantic.
