What is the next step?

So we met with our priest on Sunday for what will probably be the last time until June...when we are a few weeks away...our priest left a message for the music director to contact us regarding our selections...so my question is, what is the next step once I get in contact with her? Do we actually meet, or does this take place on the phone? TIA

i think i have to mail in a form with all the info on it

I met with the music director...she played all different songs for us to choose from
