Everyone in my office knows I am deathly afraid of flying so much so that I am going to have to take something, so what does this stupid jerk from my office do (which by the way I invited my whole office to my wedding) he comes up to me and is like you are taking Jet Blue right? Here and gives me an article about how a plane that took off today from JFK had to go back b/c the piolit smelled smoke so now I am sitting here crying freaking out, why would someone do that?

first of all he is an idiot. don't pay any mind to him. probably is jealous
i felt exactly the way you did. i said lets go someplace we can drive to.. niagara falls, the poconos etc. this is once in a lifetime & i just said to myself that i have to face my fears. so we booked a 4.5 hr plane ride to aruba. i was fine. i was so tired, i didn't even think about it. i took a tylenol PM about 2 hrs before take off & was out cold.
