Re: what is your fav restaurant

I'm a huge fan of the Alice Springs Chicken so after ordering it a million times at Westbury I noticed that the price is a bit higher at Bay Terrace. I know it's only a couple dolars but it's the principal.

You're right. We rarely go to the one in Westbury so I never noticed.

Re: what is your fav restaurant

Sheesh .. where to start???

Peter Luger's Steak House, Great Neck
Ruth's Chris Steak House, near Roosevelt Field
Houston's, outside of Roosevelt Field (awesome ribs, spinach dip)
Irish Coffee Pub, Islip
56th Fighter Group, Farmingdale
Whitey Ford's, near Roosevelt Field - (Especially for Yankee fans - awesome ribs!)
Baci, Westbury
Bertucci's, Melville
Boulder Creek, Franklin Square
Red Lobster, (hubby's choice), Farmingdale
Olive Garden, Massapequa
Papa Joe's, Deer Park
Ruby Tuesday's, (or to go)
Don Ricardo's, Babylon Village
South Bay Diner, Lindenhurst (best diner I've ever been to!)
Old Brookville Diner, Brookville/Glen Head

To Go...
Green Cactus, Roslyn
Joanne's Pizza, Roslyn (an insane amount of creative pizzas - love the Chicken Marsala pie!)
Pizza Boss, Deer Park
Shang Hai, Dix Hills (best Chinese around)
Bright Bay Deli, Bay Shore
East Norwich Deli, East Norwich (yes, on Long Island!)
J&J Hero, Bay Shore (hanging on by a thread .. since they moved, they've declined service-wise)

These are not listed in order of favorite .. they are listed in order of my idea of each place's pricing .. most expensive on top - to least expensive at the bottom.

One of our favorite restaurants is Kati Allo in Bayside. They have the absolute best Greek food. Sounds like it's pretty far from you, though, so I guess that's not too much help.

Jann: Where exactly in Bayside is this located. I've never heard of it. Thanks!
