What is your favorite hors d'oeuvre?

I can't decide what to include for cocktail hour. Its outdoor tented, or on grass, in vineyard.

This may sound a little tacky, but at one wedding we went to they served mini potato skins with a small dollop of sour cream which were awesome and different.

Re: What is your favorite hors d'oeuvre?

Thanks, but I was hoping for something a little more interesting and unusual,

Right now I told cater I want:

Mini Beef Tenderloin w Artichoke Puree on Garlic Crustini

Tomato n Basil Bruchetta on Garlic Crustini

Seared Tuna Kebobs w Wasabi Aioli

I need 3-4 more things, and the rest of stuff on the caterer's menu doesn't interest me, so he told me, to just tell him what I want.

I notice a common theme here: pigs in a blanket. When we were looking to book a RH, one of the BM's told us that they had tried several times over the past years to try and phase them out, but invariably everyone wants them so they had to keep them on the menu!
