I have 9 months till my wedding and am looking to loose about 15 pounds and really tone up. I just joined a new gym last week and got a personal trainer.
The problem is i am so exhausted when I get home from work I have NO motivation to workout and even though I know I have some time..... I'm starting to worry if I'll ever have enough motivation to kick me in the butt and actually go. What do you all do for motivation? I need some ideas!!!

I'm fine once I get to the gym it's just the motivation to get there. I just met with my trainer. He seems scary.... Good! Lol
I also eat like garbage. If its in front of me I'll eat it and I don't eat veggies or fruit which makes this harder :(
I went into a regime so hard over the summer and basically just forced myself to exercise and eat healthy. Lately I haven't had as much motivation, though. But I'm looking to schedule my e-shoot for end of October so I'm getting more motivated again to lose another 5 pounds. (Wish I could lose more though)
I think the trick is to just force yourself to do it. Even if you're not working out super hard, it's better than nothing at all.

I ordered my dress one size too small. Everytime I feel like skipping the gym or eating junk food i just remember how I have to fit in my dress less then one year from now

I just can't make myself get to the gym... or even join one. I need to find something very convenient. I also need someone yelling at me and dragging me out the door....

I planned on workInig out hard over the summer bc I had off (I'm a teacher) but I didn't. I wanted to do it for my epics but I got lazy. I LOVE my epics (which I will post eventually) and I dont think I look huge but I know I wanna look a lot slimmer :(

I used to go after work but now I go before work! Yes-it was hard getting up so early in the begining but I have been doing it since Jan and I am so used to it now and it is soo much better going before work and actually having some time to myself after work!

i was finding that going after work was too exhuasting - i would get home after 9:30 and be up until at least 11 bc i was so wound up. now, call me crazy, but ive been waking up at 4 am and going at 430. but im loving it! i dont have any excuse now not to go every day. plus im finding that it keeps me energized all day! love it

i wouldn't set a goal weight... start changing bad habits and add in some good ones. :) Good Luck!
I really should start going in the morning before work but oh man, I love to sleep so much.
Give yourself a cheat day once a week, too. It's a lot easier to stick to something when you allow yourself a reward regularly!

Re: What is your weight loss motivation?
I joined Weight Watchers a few years back and was able to lose weight (30 lbs!) without exercising . I found the plan to be flexible and with a smart phone, tracking really isn't too bad.
Lately, I've been looking for classes in local fitness studios to go to just because I feel like I should work out. I tried Zumba and it was fun, but I def looked ridiculous. I like the fitness studios better bc its usually just women.

Yea I do online only. I kept it from years ago, so I pay $13/month, but I think now its up to about $17/month. I went to the meetings at first, but then decided to save money and do online only.

What is your weight loss motivation?
My 90 day mark was my motivation...i was trying to keep consistent and eat right and had the same problems of being tired after work...something about the 90 day mark that really set me in gear...lost 15+ lbs. Its really your mentality that has to change..if you want something bad enough it doesn't come without putting in the work...of couse im up 3 lbs since my wedding..lol Good Luck.
