Applying Chapstick....it's not really a habit but I FLIP out if I don't have it handy and my lips are dry.

Oh I do that too, but everything else cracks on its own - I don't notice it anymore.

I used to do that and pick cuticles and then I started getting silk wraps on my nails and it keeps the skin neat.

I do that too. And I bite the skin, and the hangnail. I also bite my lips and inside my mouth.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.....(winterbride, xjuliet, tracy) I've been picking at the skin on the sides of my nails (especially my thumb) for years, sometimes until it bleeds. It seems it drives my bf, father & friends even, crazy.
