My husband and I just had blinds installed throughout the whole house and when we spoke to the installer about the bathroom, he suggested either to leave it alone ( we have a shower curtain liner up) or to replace the exsisting glass window with privacy glass so that no one can see in. Right now we just left it alone and from the outsde it looks fine (everything matches from the front of the house). My best friend also mentioned that they sell these large stickers (possiably at Michael's or another craft store). The sticker is like a mossaic design and it looks decorative from the outside and no one can see in. I hope this helps.

We used the spray paint 'snow' over our windows and it's been great. no one sees in but light still shines through.
